Qualifications

• Active licensure in Oklahoma as LPC, LCSW, LMFT (or candidacy status nearing completion).
• Minimum of one year of clinical counseling experience preferred.
• Competence in working with diverse populations.
• Ability to integrate faith-based approaches when requested by clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills, emotional maturity, and professional ethics.
• Commitment to teamwork, reliability, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain timely documentation, and ensure continuity of care.
• Practice within the ethical and professional scope of licensure and the standards of our counseling practice.
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries.
• Consult with the clinical team as needed and engage in case collaboration.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing trainings.
• Foster a supportive, collaborative environment with colleagues.
• Participate in at least one to two community service or outreach events per year as part of our commitment to serving local churches, schools, and families.
