Job summary

Peak Behavioral Health in Oklahoma seeks a licensed therapist to provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and families. The role includes intake assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic support within a collaborative, interdisciplinary private practice setting.

You will work with psychologists, counselors, BCBAs, and other specialists, with services delivered in-office or via telehealth as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Active Oklahoma licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in good standing.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with families and multidisciplinary providers.
  • Comfort with technology, including EMR systems and basic office software.
  • Genuine interest in supporting children and families in a strengths-based, developmentally informed way.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic intake interviews.
  • Develop and implement individualized, insurance-compliant treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, family, and (as appropriate) group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
  • Deliver services in-office and via telehealth, as clinically appropriate.
  • Provide crisis assessment and support, including safety planning and referrals when needed.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for coordinated care and evaluations.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative clinic culture.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Peak Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed therapist who is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and their families. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based care within a collaborative, interdisciplinary private practice setting.

Position Overview

This role focuses on providing outpatient therapy services to pediatric clients and their families, including intake assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic support. Therapists have opportunities to collaborate across disciplines and participate in multidisciplinary evaluations.

Experience in trauma-informed and parent-focused interventions (such as TF-CBT or PCIT) is valued, though not required.
