Restored Counseling, a faith-based private practice in Missouri, is hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for full-time roles. Positions offer hybrid in-office and telehealth options, with fully remote opportunities available and expected earnings of $75,000 to $100,000+ annually.

The practice serves individuals, couples, and families across Missouri, emphasizing compassionate, evidence-based counseling and integration of Christian faith.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Missouri.
• Must hold an active Missouri LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Experience providing marriage and couples counseling or a strong desire to make couples therapy a significant portion of caseload.
• Comfortable working with affair recovery, betrayal trauma, high conflict relationships, communication issues, and other complex marital concerns.
• Experience working with military members, first responders, and their families is preferred.
• Ability to integrate Christian faith with evidence based clinical counseling.

Our current full time clinicians are on pace to earn an average of approximately $75,000 annually while maintaining sustainable caseloads of approximately 20 to 25 direct client sessions per week. Individual earnings vary based on caseload and productivity, motivated clinicians earning significantly more.
