Job summary

Sanctuary Mental Health and Wellness, a Centric Behavioral Health facility, seeks a passionate Primary Therapist to guide clients from intake through discharge planning in our PHP/IOP programs. You will deliver individual and group therapy, coordinate care, involve families when appropriate, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Active licensure or eligible for licensure (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT/LPC).
• Experience with diverse populations and trauma-informed care valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments.
• Complete clinical documentation in line with Joint Commission standards.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide weekly individual psychotherapy using evidence-based methods (CBT, DBT, ACT, MI).
• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups within PHP/IOP.
• Coordinate psychiatric care with the team and outside providers.
• Offer family therapy and family education to support recovery outcomes.
• Ensure timely documentation and maintain ethical standards.
