Job summary

South Suburban Parks and Recreation is seeking an Early Childhood Programs Coordinator to oversee preschool operations, ensure regulations are met, and lead curriculum planning. You will supervise part-time staff, maintain budget awareness, and partner with families to deliver quality child care and education.

The role requires a credential in early childhood, two years of teaching experience, and current CPR/First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Early Childhood Professional Credential 3.0 Level required.
• Two years of early childhood teaching experience in the classroom required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operation of early childhood education/preschool programs.
• Enforce regulations and licensing standards.
• Develop curriculum and lesson plans; manage monthly calendars and newsletters.
