Job summary

First Citizens Investor Services is seeking a Premier or Senior Premier Relationship Banker to cultivate full financial relationships with mass affluent clients. The role involves proactive outreach, coordinating with investment and insurance specialists, and meeting sales and service goals.

Licensing is optional at hire; if licensed, you will support a broad range of banking products and services while driving referrals and community engagement in the Durham area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in financial services or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Experience in financial services relationship management or banking.
• Licensed role preferred or willing to obtain licenses.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed financial, production and relationship metrics.
• Engage customers and referrals to grow book of business.
• Partner with bank teams to deliver tailored financial guidance.
