The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) for a contracted, school-based placement in Chambersburg, PA for the 26/27 school year. This is a full-time private duty/1:1 role supporting a local K-12 district with nursing services.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Current BLS/ CPR certification.
• Competency in tubes feeding, med administration, assessment and critical thinking.
• Ability to follow physician orders within LPN scope.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous observation of the student during the school day.
• Support chronic condition management and assist with care plans.
• Provide first aid and medication administration.
• Document care and communicate with school teams.
• Accompany student during transportation and community activities as assigned.
• Report significant status changes to supervising RN and family.

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) for a contracted, school-based placement in Chambersburg, PA for the 26/27 school year! This is a full-time private duty/1:1 role supporting a local K-12 district with nursing services.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Active LPN License in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS CPR/AED certification
• Demonstrated competency in the specific skills required for the assigned student including:
  • Tube feedings
  • Medication administration
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently
• Ability to safely implement physician orders and care plans within LPN scope of practice
• School-based experience highly preferred

WHAT YOU'LL DO
