As an LPN, you will provide skilled direct and indirect patient care to an assigned group of patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
You’ll play an important role in supporting patient safety, comfort, recovery, and overall well-being while working closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Provide patient-centered care according to established plans of care and under RN supervision.
Obtain and accurately document patient measurements, observations, and clinical information.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
Monitor patients and promptly report changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare team.
Collaborate effectively with RNs, physicians, and other caregivers.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and quality-care standards.
Promote a respectful, compassionate, and supportive environment for patients and families.
LPN positions may be available across multiple areas, including:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of previous LPN experience.
Current CPR certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days.
Strong medication-administration skills and clinical knowledge.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
IV certification required for bedside positions.
$22.00–$30.50/hour, depending on experience and position.
