Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• IV certification required for bedside positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care according to established plans of care and under RN supervision.
• Obtain and accurately document patient measurements, observations, and clinical information.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor patients and promptly report changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare team.
• Collaborate effectively with RNs, physicians, and other caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and quality-care standards.

Position Overview

As an LPN, you will provide skilled direct and indirect patient care to an assigned group of patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). You’ll play an important role in supporting patient safety, comfort, recovery, and overall well-being while working closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
