Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking experienced LPNs/LVNs to support the Immunization Clinic at Reid Medical Clinic, Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX. This opportunity features a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or federal holidays.

Responsibilities include administering immunizations, reviewing health histories, monitoring patients for adverse reactions, and educating military trainees on preventive care. Requirements: U.S.

Qualifications

Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse – Immunizations (IBT)

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to support the Immunization Clinic at Reid Medical Clinic. Join a dedicated nursing team providing essential immunization services that protect the health and readiness of military trainees.

Position Highlights

Position Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program or qualifying military training
• Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license meeting Texas requirements
• 1 year of nursing experience within the last 2 years
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross; hands‑on training)
• Immunization Back‑up Technician (IBT) certification
