Job summary

Aspen Alcove Bardstown is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our healthcare team in Bardstown. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with doctors and CNAs to ensure safe, dignified treatment.

Responsibilities include admissions/discharges, maintaining records, and educating residents and families on health management and discharge instructions.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the relevant state.
• Strong clinical and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
