Lake Barkley Health & Rehabilitation in Kuttawa, KY is seeking compassionate LPNs for Full-Time Nights and Full-Time Weekend Night shifts (6PM-6AM).

Pay ranges from $30.50 to $34.00 per hour with shift differentials where applicable. We offer benefits, same-day pay access, tuition reimbursement, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement within a team‑oriented, senior‑care environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in KY is required.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• LTC or SNF experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents per standards of practice and orders.
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort and comfort measures.
• Monitor vital signs, collect samples, and manage catheters/wound care as needed.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with policies and regulations.
• Coach and support staff as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams

• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being

• Assist with resident comfort.

• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.

• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.

• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.

• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements

• Current LPN license in KY
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
