Triple Crown Senior Living in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for Aspen Alcove. The role covers full-time night shifts at 1108 Regency Way, focusing on high-quality, patient-centered care for our residents.

You will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, assist with admissions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safety and dignity. BLS is required with ACLS preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in state of employment.
• Strong clinical and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with grace.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds and bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.
