Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver in-home care in Paradise Valley, AZ. The role supports adults needing lifting assistance, transfers, medications, showering, and safety within patients' homes. Team members receive training and belong to a nationwide provider of compassionate homecare.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN) with 8 AM–8 PM day and night shifts, and a supportive local team with benefits and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
