Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for in-home patient care. You will assist with lifting, transfers, medications, and safety for adult patients in home settings.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license must be maintained.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
• TB skin test within last 12 months.
• Six months nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care including lifting assistance, transfers, and safety.
• Administration of medications and monitoring of patient condition.
• Support for daily activities and ensure patient comfort.
