Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home patient care for adults, including lifting assistance, transfers, medications, showering, and safety. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and accurate documentation.

Flexible scheduling options (full-time, part-time, or PRN) with day or night shifts; training and growth opportunities with built-in support, and potential for weekly/daily pay.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) - Aveanna can assist after hire if needed.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to adult patients, including lifting assistance, transfers, medication administration, showering and safety.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to maintain high-quality patient care and documentation.
