Aveanna Healthcare is actively seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide private duty homecare for adult patients in Fountain Hills, AZ. The role involves lifting assistance, transfers, medications, hygiene, and safety in the home environment.

The position offers an hourly rate of $30-36 per hour with flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, or PRN, plus benefits and local 24/7 support to assist our clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must have active, unencumbered LPN license.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
• TB skin test (within last 12 months).
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
