Become part of our Otterbein SeniorLife family as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). You will direct resident care, collaborate with physicians and the multi-disciplinary team, and provide physical and psychological support to residents and families.

Join our caring team in various settings in Ohio, with part-time 1st shift and PRN options. Starting from $28.00 per hour, with $3.00 differentials on 2nd/3rd shifts, and DailyPay access to earned wages.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved nursing program.
• Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR.
• At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired.

Responsibilities

• Communicating a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for elders
• Recognizing the autonomy and dignity of all elders
• Understanding how to place decision-making in the hands of elders
• Focusing on providing high-quality service and care
• Conduct and document a thorough assessment of assigned Independent Living residents’ medical conditions and treatments.
• Provide required care per the Wellness assignment sheets
• Process and complete required lab orders
• Adheres to facility policies and procedures and participates in facility quality improvement and safety programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
