Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking caring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our PRN team. You will provide direct resident care, collaborate with physicians, and support residents and families with professional, compassionate service.

We offer DailyPay and shift differentials, with starting pay of $28.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, vision and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO from day one, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved nursing program.
• Valid Ohio LPN license and CPR.
• At least 6 months of direct care nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.

• Coordinate, supervise and evaluate resident care.
• Assist with safety assurance for residents and nursing staff.
• Communicate with nursing and other departments and service providers.
• Exhibit professional image to residents, visitors and staff.

Available Shifts: 1st and 2nd Shift

Pay: Starting from $28.00 an hour (increases with experience) plus $3.00 2nd shift differential

Responsibilities:

• Provides direct care to residents.
