Position Overview:

As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and support residents’ health and comfort.

LPN Job Requirements:

• Valid LPN Licensed Practical Nurse license in Georgia
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical skills and communication
• Long-term care experience preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely administer medications and treatments
• Monitor residents’ health and document changes
• Provide nursing care and assist nursing assistants as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for resident care plans
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations

Shift Details:

12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Full-time and part-time positions available
