Position Overview:
As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse, you will deliver compassionate nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare staff to support resident health and safety.

LPN Job Requirements:

• Active LPN Licensed Practical Nurse license in Georgia

• Completion of an accredited LPN program

• CPR certification required

• Strong clinical skills and communication

• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely administer medications and treatments

• Monitor residents’ conditions and document changes

• Provide direct care and support to residents

• Collaborate with nursing assistants and interdisciplinary team

• Maintain compliance with care policies and standards

Shift Details:
12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Full-time and part-time positions available
