Position Overview: As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll deliver direct patient care, support clinical staff, and help ensure the highest standards of resident health and comfort. This is a great opportunity to advance your career and be part of a strong healthcare team.

LPN Job Requirements:

• Current and active LPN license in Georgia
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• CPR certification required
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN and physician
• Support care planning and assist in coordinating resident services
• Ensure accurate documentation of care and compliance with regulations
• Supervise CNAs and provide leadership in daily operations

Shift Details: 12-hour shifts available: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Full-time and part-time positions open. Sign-on bonus available (details shared during interview).
