Adept Nursing & Rehab of Gretna is currently hiring PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Gretna, NE. New grads and walk-ins are welcome to apply as needed shifts are available.

Qualified LPNs hold an NE license and will provide medications, monitor residents, and support care plans in a collaborative team. Compensation varies by shift, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Nebraska (NE).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).
