Job summary
Adept Nursing & Rehab of Gretna is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team caring for residents in Gretna, NE, delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Qualifications
- LPN license in NE.
- High-quality compassionate care.
- Strong communication and teamwork.
- Maintain patient records confidentially.
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' health and document vital signs and responses.
- Support development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Provide wound and daily living care.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and CNAs for coordinated care.
- Educate residents and families about health management.
- Ensure care complies with facility guidelines.
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when needed.
- Assist with training and supervising CNAs.
