Job summary

Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join a close-knit, small facility committed to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in Hardinsburg, Kentucky. New grads welcome, with full-time, part-time, and PRN options available.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and the interdisciplinary team to maintain dignity and well-being for each resident.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Kentucky is required.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
• A genuine passion for caring for others is necessary.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
