Mercy seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will participate in patient assessments, care coordination, education, and communication with the healthcare team to ensure quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities include admissions/discharges, ongoing care, documentation in the EMR, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the state of practice.
• Ability to meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
• Preferred: BLS and other unit-specific certifications as applicable.

Preferred

• BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire if not already obtained).
• ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or other unit-specific certifications as applicable.
• LPN-IV certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe, if applicable).
