Mercy is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care under the guidance of an RN. You will assist with admissions, assessments, education, and care coordination, while maintaining clear communication with the care team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include bedside handoffs, patient safety initiatives, accurate EMR documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the state of practice.
• Ability to meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
• BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire if not already obtained).
• ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or other unit-specific certifications as applicable.
• LPN-IV certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe, if applicable).
