Job summary

Mercy in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a compassionate care team. In this part-time role, you will collaborate with RNs and the multidisciplinary team to support assessments, care planning, patient education, and safe patient experiences.

You will provide direct patient care within the LPN scope, contribute to admissions and discharges, communicate changes to the RN, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current LPN license in Arkansas (or eligible to obtain).
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
