Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse for part-time evening (7pm-7am) and day (7am-7pm) shifts at our skilled nursing facility. You will deliver medications, monitor residents, support daily living activities, and document care while coordinating with the care team.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license in good standing and IV certification; prior SNF experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
• IV Certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.
• Other duties as assigned.
