Job summary

Harborview Health Center Kissimmee is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse for part-time shifts in a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include medication administration, resident monitoring, ADL support, and thorough documentation.

You will collaborate with the care team and families to maintain safety and continuity of care. Active LPN license in good standing and IV certification are required, with SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• IV Certification required or preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus.

What You Must Have
