Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Florida is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to supervise medication administration, monitor residents' conditions, and support daily living activities.

You will maintain clear documentation, communicate with interdisciplinary teams and families, and adhere to infection control standards to ensure resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
