Job summary

Miramar Rehab is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse in Florida to lead medication administration, monitor residents, and coordinate care with the care team. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and family communication.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $7,500 and a supportive, faith-based environment focused on caring for the caregiver and residents alike. Prior SNF/LTC experience is valued, though we will invest in the right heart and mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications and treatments with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable.
