Job summary

Mount Sinai Health System is seeking an LPN to provide nursing care under RN supervision in a dynamic hospital setting. You will perform procedures, administer medications within policy, and contribute to patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with NYS licensure.
• 1+ year LPN experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process to assigned patients under RN supervision.
• Perform nursing procedures and administer medications per policy.
• Assist in planning and delivering direct patient care including ADL.
• Document observations in EMR and report signs of patient condition changes.
• Participate in health teaching and ensure patient comfort.
