Bishop Spencer Place is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility.

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule: PRN, Swing Shift

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices.
• Screen walk-in patients and conduct telephone screenings using protocols.
• Educate patients on medications and injections.
• Assist with procedures such as wound cleaning, dressing changes, suctioning, catheter insertion, tracheostomy care, biopsies, diabetic nail care, and other duties as assigned.
• Work effectively in a team environment and autonomously.
• Maintain excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times.
• Delegate tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAP) in accordance with demonstrated competencies and scope of practice.
• May cover Medical Assistant duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year of Licensed Practical Nurse experience.
• Must hold a valid license in Missouri, verified through the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS).
