Job summary
Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring an LPN/LVN to provide clinical care to residents in a continuing care community. You will work under nursing leadership, coordinate with the care team, and ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications
- Licensed LPN/LVN with current state license.
- CPR certification required.
- Experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with residents and families, prioritizing resident needs.
- Assess, observe, and document residents' clinical condition in EMR.
- Update care plans as needs change.
- Supervise and lead care associates.
- Administer medications timely and accurately.
- Participate in meetings on resident outcomes.
- Respond to residents and families professionally.
- Review clinical indicators and respond to concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader.
