Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an LPN to provide clinical care to residents in a senior living community. You will work within nursing standards and Erickson policies to maintain high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include performing medication administration, updating care plans, and supervising care staff while collaborating with RNs. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for elder care are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care.
• Licensed by State as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families with a consistent caregiver approach.
• Assess, observe, and document residents' clinical condition; notify RN when necessary.
• Update or modify care plans reflecting changes in needs.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately per orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents, families, or responsible parties promptly and professionally.
• Assist in review of clinical indicators (falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use).
• Perform other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader.
