Job summary

Park Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a self-directed administrator to oversee resident care and ensure ongoing service delivery. The role requires coordinating with Therapy, Dietary, and Social Work to provide person-centered care across Sub-Acute Rehab and Long Term Care, with shifts available across all hours.

The ideal candidate holds a current nursing license in FL/NC/NY, demonstrates flexibility, and excels in critical thinking while leading a care team to maintain

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in FL/NC/NY.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience.
• Flexible in schedule and shifts.
• Compassionate approach to resident care.
• Experience in dementia care, wound care, or post-operative care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of resident care and ensure delivery of services.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and supervise care team performance.
• Collaborate with families and multiple departments to ensure person-centered care.
• Support Sub-Acute Rehab and Long Term Care services, across all shifts.

This position requires a self-directed, responsible individual who will oversee all aspects of resident care and assure continued delivery of service.

Responsibilities and Duties

• As a member of the team, this position requires critical thinking skills and the ability to demonstrate a level of proficiency in the management/oversight of their team.


• Interaction with families, departments such as Therapy, Dietary and Social Work to ensure comprehensive person centered care is delivered is an essential part of the position.


• Sub-Acute Rehab as well as Long Term Care


• All shifts available

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum one year experience


• Qualified candidates would be required to be flexible in their schedule
