Job summary

Garden Villas South, a Delmar Gardens community, is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the Assisted Living Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality, person-centered care. The role requires Missouri licensure, excellent communication, and a passion for geriatric medicine.

Responsibilities include nursing services, resident assessments, care plan updates, and coordinating with families and physicians. Prior long-term care and MatrixCare familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

Our beautiful independent and assisted living community is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This individual will support the Assisted Living Director of Nursing (DON) in ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centered care.

Responsibilities include providing nursing services, assessing residents’ needs, developing and updating individualized care plans, communicating with residents, family members and physicians, supervising care staff as needed, and participating in the rotating on-call schedule.

The successful candidates will be licensed in the State of Missouri, possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working in geriatric medicine. Prior long-term care experience is a plus, and familiarity with MatrixCare is preferred.
