Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Active MO LPN license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care in a safe, clean environment.
• Assess and monitor residents’ health and administer medications.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Document care, meds, and changes in condition accurately.
• Supervise and support assigned staff, ensuring safety protocols.

Position Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
• Active LPN license in the state of Missouri (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
• 2+ years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Accurately document care, medication administration, and changes in condition
