Job summary

Delmar Gardens is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality, person-centered care at our St. Louis community.

The role emphasizes nursing services, care plan development, and collaboration with residents, families, and physicians. Qualifications include MO LPN licensure and strong communication; experience in long-term care is a plus, with MatrixCare familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the State of Missouri (LPN).
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Enjoy working in geriatric medicine.
• Prior long-term care experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with MatrixCare is preferred.
