Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Indiana Women's Prison located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical/psychiatric staff to address a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

This role requires an Indiana LPN license (or ability to obtain), CPR certification, and the ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• Indiana LPN license or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification required.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN supervision.

We are currently seeking a part‑time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Indiana Women's Prison located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shifts

• Part-time days, 12 hour shifts, every other weekend
