Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking an LPN to provide patient care under supervision, following the nursing process while protecting patient rights and confidentiality.

The role involves coordinating care across departments, floating to Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical units, and contributing to quality outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and an LPN license with bedside experience.
• BLS certification; ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Ability to meet physical demands (lifting, standing, bending).
• Epic experience is a plus.

• Requires a high school diploma or GED, an accredited practical nursing license, and recent bedside experience (minimum one year for Med Surg, two years for other specialties)
• Certifications include BLS; ACLS, PALS, and IV certification are preferred
• Must meet physical demands like lifting, standing, and bending
• Epic experience is a plus

Work Conditions & Flexibility

Offers flexible shifts (day or night) with no weekend or holiday requirements. The role involves being available on short notice and working variable hours, with shifts of 4, 8, or 12 hours.

Compensation & Benefits

$30/hour plus variable shift incentives, W-2 employment, and a minimum of 12 hours every 90 days.
