Validation Associates LLC is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to provide safe, high-quality patient care across hospitals, SNFs, and assisted living communities. The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and adherence to facility protocols.

The LPN will perform medication administration, wound care, vital signs monitoring, and clear documentation while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive patient outcomes. Various shifts and schedules are available.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Active LPN license in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 6 months of LPN experience.
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Vaccination requirements may apply per facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Admit, transfer, and discharge patients according to facility protocols.
  • Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for adverse reactions.
  • Perform wound care and collect blood and urine specimens as required.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and organized patient documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members.
  • Restock medical supplies, medications, and equipment as needed.
  • Follow all facility policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.

Job Summary
