• Deliver flexible, incentivized nursing services in medical-surgical or behavioral health departments.
• Participate in scheduling a minimum number of hours and remain available on short notice.
• Adapt to varying shifts, including day or night, with no weekend or holiday requirements.
• Handle last-minute shift cancellations and flexible work arrangements across the community.

Qualifications & Skills
