Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Hospice LPN for per diem assignments in Barton, Jasper, McDonald, Newton, and Dade counties. You’ll provide skilled nursing and psychosocial care in patient homes, joining a multidisciplinary team dedicated to comfort and dignity.

We are recruiting for a compassionate Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to reliably serve patients in the following counties: Barton, Jasper, McDonald, Newton, and Dade. This is a Per Diem position.

What you’ll do:

As a hospice LPN, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing, psychosocial care,music therapy andveterans servicesto clients, affording them the opportunity to receive comfort and dignity.

What you should have:

• Active and current LPN license
• One year of clinical experience preferred
• Previous hospice experience welcomed, but not required. We will train you!
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
