Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide per diem hospice care in patients' homes across Barton, Jasper, McDonald, Newton and Dade counties. You will join a multidisciplinary team, delivering skilled nursing and psychosocial support in client homes with 1:1 direct care.

Active LPN license and ability to travel locally are required; hospice experience is welcomed but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Active and current LPN license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Hospice experience welcome, but not required. We will train you!
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned

Responsibilities

• As a hospice LPN, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing, psychosocial care, music therapy and veterans services to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive comfort and dignity.
