Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in the United States seeks a compassionate Hospice LPN to deliver in-home nursing and pallative care. This per diem role supports patients in their own homes with a 1:1 care model.

Join a multidisciplinary team with hands-on and virtual training, and flexible schedules. Travel within Barton, Jasper, McDonald, Newton, and Dade counties is required, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active and current LPN license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Hospice experience welcomed, but not required. We will train you!
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned

Responsibilities

• As a hospice LPN, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing, psychosocial care, music therapy and veterans services to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive comfort and dignity.
• Support patients and families in home hospice settings through direct nursing care and coordination with the care team.

We are recruiting for a compassionate Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to reliably serve patients in the following counties: Barton, Jasper, McDonald, Newton, and Dade. This is a Per Diem position.

What you’ll do:
