Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Springfield, MO area. This per diem weekend role provides 1:1 direct care in clients' homes and supports comfort and dignity at the end of life.

You will join a multidisciplinary team with hands-on training, flexible scheduling, and 24/7 clinical support. The job offers opportunity to grow within BAYADA's hospice program and contribute to high-quality home-based care.

Qualifications

• Active and current LPN license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Previous hospice experience welcomed, but not required. We will train you!
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing and psychosocial care to clients in home hospice.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Weekend Hospice LPN

Shift: 8 hours Saturday and 8 Hours Sunday 8:30a-5p

We are recruiting for a compassionate Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to reliably serve patients in the Springfield, MO and surrounding area This is a Per Diem position working Saturdays and Sundays with guaranteed hours.

What you’ll do:

As a hospice LPN, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing, psychosocial care, music therapy and veterans services to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive comfort and dignity.

What you should have:

• Active and current LPN license
