Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to work outside regular hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per standards.
• Follow facility and nursing department policies.
• Assist with admissions/discharges and daily hygiene.
• Administer nursing procedures such as dressing changes, catheterization, and blood draws as required.
• Document changes in resident condition and report to charge nurse.
• Complete charting, forms, and incident reports as needed.
