Legacy of St. Michael, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team on a part-time basis at our St. Michael, MN campus.

Shifts available: Part Time AM (6:30am-2:30pm Weekdays) and every other weekend; wage range $27.00–$32.50/hour based on experience. The role supports residents with compassionate nursing care under the Director of Health Services, ensuring quality care and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with valid state licensure (LPN or RN).
• Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to relate professionally with residents, families, and staff.
• Proficient computer skills including email.

Legacy of St. Michael Senior Livingis conveniently located in St. Michael, MN. It is a stunning facility that offers 95 total units between Assisted Living, Independent living, and memory care. LPN Wage:

$27.00 - 32.50 - Wage is based on experience

In this position,you will beresponsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents and tenants under the direction of the Director of Health Services while maintaining quality care that is consistent with company and regulatory standards in accordance with individual care plans.

Duties include:

• Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
• Assume responsibility and accountability for the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
• Support the Director of Health Services on the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident/tenant population.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as a LPN or RN
• Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
